Is This What The Boe Mean When They Say There Is No Bubble?

Recommended Posts

I wonder if anybody can set me in the right direction. My mum has just bought a rental property (she is 73) with a repayment only mortgage! Heaven help me. It was a complete shock! I'm still getting over it, hence the fact I know nothing because I hadnt even begun any research.

I'm about to complete on two interest only mortgages of £83k and £82k respectively (remortgaged my flat to buy a buy-to-let property) and am in two minds as to the best way to pay back the capital.

I am just trying to talk a friend out of buying an £80K property in Romania as a BTL. She has been told it will be worth 400K in a few years time. She had been watching one of these wretched property programmes.

I'm afraid the world is still full of Greater Fools............
