Glasgow Newbuild Analysis

I've just trawled through net house prices to see how much flipping had taken place since it was built. I think I'll look at Glasgow harbour next as its likely to take more of a hit as sales fail.

So far, I could only find two properties that have been sold on. One at a slight rise of .22%, and the other at a 11.7% fall....

So, not much reselling on these two developments, and not much up for sale.

I'd like to see how many are sitting empty on the rental market, but the rightmove site doesnt give the full address of the properties online.

Good bit of analysis curious.

On top of these losses/small profits there will have been stamp duty, legal fees, estate agent fees, finacing costs etc.

Also interesting that some of these losses were sustained back in 2004, and in Scotland, which according to the press is still booming.
