The party's over, the owners have cleared off. It's all gone quiet.

Empty and in need of buyer.

A year ago asking prices for these substantial houses would have been £275K and they would easily have achieved £250K or better.

Not anymore.

Normality is gradually returning to the market - little by little.

That looks quite good value, or maybe I have spent too long living in London. Is there something wrong with its location.

What happened to those houses in Bury that you posted about a while ago? What do you see happening in the local market?
