Houseprices.co.uk

Recommended Posts

I've just done my usual extraction of data from houseprices.co.uk and noticed there are flats previously shown as sold which have disappeared from their database . Nethouseprices show the sales but houseprices.co.uk no longer do .

Try RG4 8XY .

Houseprices show 3 sold (used to be 6 sold) .

nethouseprices show 6 sold .

For info the developers say all 9 were sold a couple of months ago and the properties seem to be occupied .

How the hell is one supposed to get a view of the market with data like this ?

Bloody annoying

I spent ages going through pages and pages of sold prices since Jan 2003 to see if profits are still being made , only to find the base data is more untrustworthy than I thought it was .

I'm not saying it's houseprices.co.uk's fault .

Nethouseprices.co.uk say they haven't updated with Nov05's sales figures yet so maybe LR is screwing around . Again .

Fukkit .
