Well it has been discussed earlier in the year however now that we are on the cusp of a new year, and possible house price era, I am now officially proposing that we all nominate in the first ever unofficial The HPC Awards For 2005 (lets call them 'The Doomies'?) under the following categories:

HPC Butcher of the Year - for contributions to skillfully dissecting VI spin;

HPC VI of the Year - for contributions to continuously hyping up the market in the media;

HPC Muppet Forum of the Year - for contributions to discuss anything housing (usually flooring) apart from

house prices and banning anyone who dares;

HPC Muppet Forum Poster of the Year - for ridiculous contributions to the sheeple;

and finally...

Remember its all just for fun and nostalga as we reflect back on posts, threads and members gone, and look forward to a booming great 2006.

We need to have some kind of "most educational thread of the year", or some such reward for a poster who has deemed to offer the most insights of educational value. These will, of course, need to be nominated by the economic-illiterates amongst us, since everyone else already knew their stuff. :ph34r::P
