New Year Property Market Tips

Recommended Posts

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/4524450.stm

I'm sure the line "Finally, when you make an offer, take into account that 2006 is unlikely to be the buyer's market we have experienced in much of 2005." will raise a few eyebrows around here.

In my ignorance, I'm sure this is classed as VI spin. But what is the BBC's vested interest?

Apologies, I can see that this is a duplicate thread - but I don't seem able to delete it.

No, the writer not the BBC is the VI spin. The BBC has given him the platform. ;)
