Something very similar features in the UK comedy Sightseers 2012. It all ended badly for the owner he got dispatched off a cliff whilst sleeping in it by a jealous burd that thought her husband was being monopolized by the man and his invention.

Indeed nighty, night...the moral is don't go camping on the edge of a cliff. Martin's mini caravan has a few brief appearances in this trailer prior to Tina wheeling him off the cliff.
