...this is just another Brexit issue...Soc Gen ...VIs for remain...as for Osborne ...he can't blame Brexit ...houses would be falling anyway after the Basel 11 and 111 induced increase to VAT on BTLs to start the dismantling / reduction of this risky exposure to the lending 'services' and our economy ....he is just another VI saying he 'told you so' ...when he told us nothing of interest....as for the IMF ...when did they get anything right including their own appointments...?..... :rolleyes:

The upside is that properties in prime London areas are now much more attractive to foreign buyers as sterling has fallen since the result of the vote was announced on June 24.

What an utterly disgusting comment by The Telegraph. "Good news! Predatory money dumpers might find London attractive again, thus keeping locals away from being able to buy - phew!"
