to be fair, the place does look like the smackhead's digs in trainspotting.

£1 is about fair value.

the other £19999 will be needed to fumigate the place and get rid of all the old syringes.

If it was a cottage in a rural area I could almost understand the chap having a crazy dream. But that flat... it'll do up OK, but it's not a holiday home for a yank?!
