My local web site has an article about release of flats in White City TV Centre. Absolute bargains. One bed flats from £700,000. Jimmy Savile fans can actually live where their hero abused children.

I know what you're getting at, but you have to understand that they'll be worth 800k next year so they're a bargain right now

2 bed flats were going for around £200,000 6 years ago in Shepherds Bush. We decided we wanted a house not a flat so moved to zone 3. Kicking myself now....

What do you think the "average" person in Shepherds Bush "earns"? SERIOUSLY --- what do you think it is? No -better - The MEDIAN yearly income....... £18k? £23k??

Now --- multiply that by 3.........

You get less than £100k.

GO FIGURE.

We are witnessing the Greatest Pyramid Ponzi Bubble in ALL the History or the World....... It is beyond madness.

It's going to end in catastrophe.

6 years ago when we were living there I'd say the average private renter was earning a LOT more than that. Council tenants probably less so. It was not so much a mixed bag but an area of high earners and very low earners. Seemed to be less 'average' earners.

And while l did like the transport links and whatnot it was (and still is IMO) a sh!thole

They've seen what's happened in Shoreditch and they want to do the same in Shepherd's Bush.
