We shouldn't put them off building as much as they can. It will just make the eventual crash even worst! :P

I can't remember who the actual quote came from but I remember reading in Devil Take the Hindmost that after a bubble has burst, the suckers who got caught up in it often reported that at the time, the whole thing took on a surreal dream like quality.

If 99 year mortgages isn't an example of that, I don't know what is.

If the TPTB knew the market was in its end-game in 2008 for profiteering on sub-prime and HPI ponzi, then obviously they would've taken full advantage of (last chance) bail-outs to bleed it dry to its death? Midst of the final wringing.

Reckon crashy crash, plug pull happens when even majority on here least expect it...nice summers day, down the park or on their 'olidays....KABOOM
