Is Osborne Just Digging Himself A Bigger Hole?

Recommended Posts

So now George is saying we will be over 4k worse off, and he is getting slated for his figures. The more him and Dave keep at it the more I am determined to vote out. Why can't they just give a balanced argument so we can all see both sides, instead of this constant propaganda to stay - I would have more respect for them and could possibly be persuaded, I think he is actually driving people to vote out

"Sadly, whatever the outcome of the vote we all know it won't be allowed to happen :)"

I don't agree, if you look at the comments on bbc and daily mail sections of news articles, the vast majority, I would estimate 9/10, are saying they will vote out

I think the verdict will be too high in favour of out for them to be able to wheedle out of it

It's a load of nonsense, just ike the Treasury projections for the Scottish referndum vote.

Nobody has the faintest clue what the economic situation will be in 2030 and as soon as you pretend that you definitively do as Osborne has done then you show yourself to be a charlatan.

Everyone will be £4300 worse off - but homes will be cheaper. More examples of how ring fenced and comparmentalised their thinking is on the economy. It all revolves around sound bites.

It is silent from the other side because they cannot produce any analysis. They havn't a clue what out means which is why they can only resort to "project fear" nonsense. Until the outers can come up with any analysis that stands up to scrutiny as to what their plans will mean financially and economically then people will make their own judgement and most will not want to see their futures trashed just to give failed politicians like Farage, Gove and Johnson an ego trip.

In the Scottish referendum, a number of analysts argued that the In campaign’s focus on the economic risks of independence contributed to its falling lead in the opinion polls, although it did still win by a margin of 10 percentage points. “The In campaign in this referendum doesn’t have a 20-point lead to squander,” Ms Sturgeon said

Because his job depends on it, simples, vote out and hes out with a split party. Pure and simple self preservation, he doesnt give a monkey about the people.
