Hpc Getting The Message Out

Recommended Posts

Not sure if the divide and conquer tactic is a good one as it will just make oldies and FTB look at the forum with cynicism.

You'd be better off highlighting the corruption with facts e.g.

A picture of Carney

£750k salary

£150k housing allowance (or whatever the figures are)

Remaining vigilant for 4 years... Priceless.

Potentially another one showing two photos side by side... a doler and a MP

£1500 a week for turning up once | £70 a week for turning up once

Two houses paid for by the tax payer | one house paid for by the tax payer

Decides how much they pay themselves | gets given enough to eat potatoes

Collects money from housing benefit (psst. They're a landlord) | gives away money from housing benefit

Use your own language as I'm on my phone

And finally...

Side by side again a banker and a rioter

Causes financial crash, fixes LIBOR, paid 150k... No charges

Steals a bottle of water... Six months in jail

A chart with interest rates, alongside house prices, with arrows showing HTB and QE. Then a chart of growth of tony blairs BTL empire.

I don't do the facebook but my 19 year old cousin shown me a post that's doing the rounds amongst that age group, along the lines of "Youngsters these days have it easy, says the generation who were able to buy their first house at 21 on a single unskilled wage"

First time she's ever mentioned anything at all about house prices and the economy.

You will need to remove the housepricecrash.co.uk logo from any material unless you have the express permission from the website owners.

Why don't the admins make a fb page for housepricecrash.co.uk with links to the best threads, the classics, etc

A forum is great, but in 2016 facebook and twitter is where is at. Also why not make a join in with your facebook or google log in, that way we could get more people.

https://twitter.com/ShiresCrashing

It's exhuasting.

Everyone knows somerthing is wrong but most cant quite put their fingers on it.

I know you are Count and hats off to you sir, your this is George skits are the sort of thing that have the potential to go viral! Just thought it would be a good thing to have all in one place so people can post theirs to this thread and anyone can cut and paste and distribute all over the place. MEMEs seem to be the powerful media these days...

Im with you on that, a central repository for a specific thing is always useful.

I'm living in hope I can get a "this is" cartoon to go viral, thought i was onto something a few times but it's harder than you think.

You see some people on twiter with 10,000 friends and you wonder how they manage it !!!

I'm up to 600 now so it's 600 potential re-tweeters.

I'll keep plugging away till house prices collapse ;lol:
