Candy & Candy, meanwhile, faces a downturn in its core market of luxury residential property in London. The estate agency JLL this month reported a 30 per cent drop in new units seeking planning permission in central London after prices in the most expensive areas began to fall.

I smell fear.

These guys are the poster boys for the very worst of the whole hpi phenomenon. They represent the very worst of kitsch rip-off merchantts. Words cannot describe their awfulness.

They're bald.

Hair's as fake as their wealth.

Had to stop watching at the guy with 8 kids who bought his 'million pound home' for a hundred thousand and something.

"Controversial property tycoons the Candy brothers will have to disclose disposals of any assets in the UK over £1million before the resolution of a £132m lawsuit. Christian and Nick Candy have been slapped with a court order preventing them from selling-up without notice, while they continue to be sued by wealthy businessman Mark Holyoake (over a £12m loan they made him and demanded early repayment on)".

The article claims they were starting to dissipate assets into the wife's name for example, so this order was slapped on them which effectively prevents them from selling or transferring any more of their property without drawing the litigant's attention (and the public's attention) to it.
