Tony And Cherie Blair Control £27M Property Empire

Recommended Posts

Former prime minister, his wife and children are registered owners of at least 10 houses and 27 flats between them, including several in central London

Not bad for the man who broke Britain with reckless public borrowing and deregulating banks.

But he's no Fergus and Judith.

Ugh. This country is so corrupt.

His antics at hiding his wealth are a template for many tinpot dictators.

We can only but hope that something becomes of the Chilcot Inquiry.

I don't think accumulation of money is neccesarily a good thing. Vast majority of people with extreme wealth are on the evil side of neutral I would posture.

Utterly repulsive .. if these were shares in listed companies then this would be regarded as corruption.

The only actual difference is in the legal construct and in not in any ethical or moral sense.

"I'm Scared"

"i don't wanna, I don't wanna"

-

Just wait 'til you see the revolving door of secondments from business to the civil service and the recently announced plans to skim money off our childrens' education by making every school an "Academy." I mean a recent trial run of this in Leicestershire led to Serco running tings and the Headteacher having to buy school loo rolls from the local supermarket. Genius.

Don't forget Cherie helping to challenge the BTL tax changes. Absolutely divorced from compassion.
