Apt 901 Margarita Plaza

....wasn't this one for sale a while back?

Incredible apartment, but still 400 grand is alot for a (big) flat in Belfast. Perhaps they're hoping Rory McIlroy will snap it up?

That's a gorgeous place. You tempted Joe?

With the sort of deposit you are able to put down and a 3% mortgage rate you'd be looking at about £1300pm, which I suspect is theoretically affordable.

The problems, aside from HPC of course, would be the service charge and the fact that you might not have much left each month to buy all the furniture you'd need! :)

It's gorgeous, yes. But I couldn't afford it, and I don't think a flat in Belfast is worth 400 grand. I could have sworn this very apartment was on for £300K or £250K a couple of years ago.

And yes, I bet the maintenance fees are crippling.

Steady on, Joe -it might not make half that.

Oh I know, the reply was a bit tongue in cheek. Then again, all it takes is one person with too much money and no sense.

The greed of EA's and house owners never fails to shock me.
