Dirty Tactics - Artificially Indicative Interest Rates To Lure In.

Recommended Posts

Hmmm.

We have been looking at opportunities for a family house in our area over the last few years.

Today a new low was reached which deeply concerns me....

When all the major banks are offering SVR (Standard variable rates) around 4-5%, somehow these guys can offer 2.49%.

This smacks soooo deeply of the events leading up to (the _big_Sh0RT) 2007-2008 that I am starting to get (scared?) (jubilant?) ==> Choose your option to determine the path of the story!

Not sure how to insert images (I think i've attahced it) but the gist is:

C.a.p.i.t.a.l P.r.i.v.a.t.e F.i n a n c e

seem to be able to offer a v a r i a b l e m o r t g a g e at some 2_.4_0_% S_v_r.

This really worries me.

I don't want this searchable.

It may well be a way for the mortgage co (who are linked to the e_a's H@mpt0n$)

to find out your finance limits.

In the same email was a 1 bedroom house in hampshite for £420,000. So wrong on so many levels. Ferk em.

dirty. dirty. dirty.
