I think that this could well be the same article which is posted on the news window at the top left hand side of the front page.

Yes. I noticed this. But there are many of them. If you look in the same window there are stories in

the Sunday Times that state house prices are falling. Its good to see.

After all of the waiting and frustration I think it is actually starting to get there - even my colleagues with their BTLs no longer make smug comments.

- What gets me is that they are still trying to buy more "bottom end houses", even after admitting that prices are falling.
