An all time classic from Funding Circle,

Please note: The borrower has expressed an interest in settling this loan. A new loan request is to be listed shortly which, should the borrower accept their loan offer, will be used, in part, to settle this existing loan.

Average house deposit of £80,000 required (http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/life/property/article4675177.ece), FTB requiring 2 full-time incomes to get a mortgage, borrowing 8 times per salary.....nope, no Ponzi here - doncha know, boomers were just BETTER people than us - they were so good, they could get a mortgage on one-full time mortgage that was just 3 times their salary. Ponzi....no, no - just lazy youngsters binge drinking and buying too many iPads.
