Guest Winners and Losers

Not sure if anyone goes to findaproperty.co.uk, but have been keeping check on it. Looking at SW London in particular. Same amount of properties for sale that there was weeks ago. Have seen many 'under offer' to reappear again on the open market. But, have noticed that the prices that state for various properties (studio, 1 bed, 2 bed) having been GOING DOWN. The other day the average for a studio in one area was 108,000 (yeah, right!), previously was around 110,000. Today is down to 107,000. Prices still going up?

Winners and Losers,

Here's a graph of N London listings- I had to guesstiamte N.London figs as they were no longer quoted, so N.London is just the overall adjusted fig pro-rata.
