Wurzel Of Highbridge
I am left wondering what bubble will be manufactured to 'recover' from this bubble bursting? We are currently in the zero interest rate and money printing bubble. AKA debt bubble. Got to keep inflating it via various schemes to keep the status quo going. keeprenting
They are saying -0.5 to 0.5 is fair value. Taking a slight guess, let's say this means plus or minus 10% against what the price should be. Therefore 1.9 on the bubble index would put London at 38% overvalued. When in fact it is more like 65-75% over-valued....
TheCountOfNowhere
When in fact it is more like 65-75% over-valued.... Give them some credit for their 38% of honesty. How long can people go on denying this insanity?
Agentimmo
Met with a couple of friends today. Both work in the City , well paid jobs in Corp banking. Both live 1hr from London and commute in the rat race. Their thoughts are "bring on the crash asap". They say the party is over...the music feels like it is stopping. They have teenage kids and want a future for them. Sentiment is turning.... Edited January 20, 2016 by Agentimmo

Before christmas, a friend of mine who is head of investment banking at a foreign bank, said things were crazy, every day its like a movie. Interesting times.
