Housing, Lbc Right Now

Recommended Posts

the going home has got me switching off LBC. Every add break!

At least it has replaced that ruddy woman with her 'Ready Business'. / vodafone ad. That really wound me up.

But back OT O'Brien has been banging this drum for quite a while now - and for once he wasn't just going with the demand / supply mantra.

His sister is late 30's/early 40's and has been stuck in slumlord rentland for the entirety. O'Brien has kids that he will never be able to live within 100 miles of Chiswick if this carries on.

O'Brien didn't buy a BTL, the area they original mortgaged in went "down hill". So they being a good socialist they kept the it to rent out and help pay for their new place. He likes to state that the rent charged was all ethical and moral plus it was his wife, Lucy's fault. Anyway they spent £742k to buy in Whitehall Road, Chiswick, in August 2007.

I notice that he doesn't like callers mentioning HPC, he usually squirms and changes tack. He's comforted by a blanket of HPI fearing negative equity.

His problem is that he argues if trying to interview any one from the right. Obviously the BBC might be his next employer, however he'd soon slip up if used live. As phrase goes "a face for radio" also applies. He slouched whilst presenting and general looked disinterested.
