What's sadder is that these young people seem to think this is acceptable and that they must be desperate to earn some money pushing this sort of stuff.

That's assuming they understand what it is they're selling. Does pretty girl in video A actually have a clue what she's doing when she click-click-clicks four positions in 10 seconds? It's more likely someone said "here's £50 cash for a video of you - you're really lucky, this is top finance stuff (and you don't have to take your top off)".

I think it's a very cleverly and carefully crafted video. Even down to interposing a brief baby's cry and the response "not now I'm busy' to give the impression that it's great for stay at home mums. There is an awful lot in that video to 'catch' the naive. Look at the placement of three bottles of bubbly.

It's pure gambling. If you have never heard of the company and you can't see their finances. Even the biggest and unburstable companies; shares go up and down. Hopefully up in the long term.

office for speculating in stocks or currency using the funds of unwitting investors.

I always thought it meant a bargain basement travel agent. Which the internet seems to confirm as "British usage".

People making easy money from something don't advertise the fact to strangers as this increases competition and reduces their own potential profits.

Not rocket science.

Exactly! If it's so good, you would keep quiet about it!

Yes.

There's been a huge rash of 'how to write a kindle ebook' rubbish for sale at the moment.

Both those videos are from the same binary bet broker. If you dig a little deeper, they operate out of Cyprus and Singapore. I dont believe they operate under the FCA, and punters are leaving themselves exposed.

Beta is not pronounced better. Surely these promos now flout ASA etc guidelines.

They both pronounced it that way, suggesting that the same ?foreign producer scripted both.

This sort of thing has been around since horse betting experts started selling tips.

Any normal person would instantly surmise that if the tips were that good then they could just win money directly from them and not need to sell them.

Ergo they're not that good and you won't make money either.
