Quick.......show this to the people in Cumbria who were flooded this week.

I'd certainly add to my criteria "not on a flood plain" if I were looking to buy a house but I don't need a consultant to tell me.

Probably the same people who were going to help people to make a fortune from peak oil and the ever increasing oil price.

It's the same background music - and the same it's all inevitable and based on good science tone of voice.
