Recommended Posts

Hmm, France keeps its agricultural subsidies, we pay an etra 2 billion or whatever. A great deal.

But hang on, the UK public expenditure is about 480 billion anyway, so what's 2 billion pounds between friends!

i saw that on the bbc news too richM. and i realised then by the soft way they tried to present it as no big deal, that they were in the pockets of new labour.

the bbc really, REALLY tried to play it down for the pm.

the french are just taking the p1ss. and so is new labour.

what do we get BACK from europe ?

i say we pull out.

what do we get BACK from europe ? [right_freds_dead]

Huge quantities of meddlesome managerialism and over-regulation, a severe erosion of our sovereignty, the replacement of our common law freedoms with Napoleonic code 'rights', etc., etc.

i say we pull out. [right_freds_dead]
