Recommended Posts

Does it refer to the company being in receivership?

it says

The company's status is listed as "Live but Receiver Manager on at least one charge" and it currently has one director.

It's a LL's business.

Oh on companies house it says:

2 Insolvency cases

Case number 2 — Receiver/Manager appointed
