Real shame they didn't do this on the Government website. I think Jacob Rees Mogg and Eric Pickles debating this in the House would have been compulsive viewing. http://www.nme.com/news/kanye-west/83773 What spurious petition, that would have a chance of getting the required votes, would create the most unlikely debate? Perhaps if there were enough of them Parliament could be clogged up so much that they would be unable to do any other damage serious business.
