Buyers Sharing

Recommended Posts

This 40something is reminded of the end of the last bubble when friends of mine went into co-ownership to get the double tax relief on two mortgages (first 30K) before the perk was removed. They were two young women in their early 20s. Within a year or two their jobs took them elsewhere and they found themselves facing selling the flat and still having outstanding mortgage because of -ve equity.

Doctor, Doctor I keep on getting house market deja vue.
