Here’S What London Would Be Like If Sadiq Khan Was Mayor

So same old Labour; incentivise low pay via access to cheaper rents & mention nothing on the effect of mass immigration to London.

The Tories don't want out of EU (immigration has been highest under them) and they don't want to do anthing about the London housing crisis. Labour are not perfect when it comes to London but at least they are talking about doing something pretty radical, not just selling Housing Association homes at a discount to people who have already benefited massively from low rents!

Maybe try not stoking HPI by underwriting dodgy, failed banks with public money.

You couldn't make this s**t up yet here we are - 7 years after Flash Gordon's monumental fail with the economy - with another clown attempting to sticky plaster the symptoms instead of tackling the cause. His approach would no doubt lead to further imbalances and unforseen problems emerging.

So same old Labour;

Possibly not quite. It looks a bit like the old council house era, which was great for those who got something decent out of it, and served to marginalise completely those who fell outside the system. The reason it might be different this time is the 'net: the excluded are less likely to be invisible and voiceless.

How does that work with open borders?

The article is laughable. Its a wish list of pipe dream nonsense. Next he'll be turning water into wine.

To be fair to him, he talks a good talk - but to quote an ancient Chinese proverb, "talk does not cook rice" & if elected he's got no chance of delivering most of those promises.
