I've been hearing ads for a firm specialising in dental claims lately, on classic FM. New one to me.

Wish it had been around years ago, though - Mr B used to use a private dentist who was very up himself - he missed a root in a root canal treatment and Mr B was left with toothache just before an overseas business trip. Had to go to an even more expensive emergency dentist, but at least he found the problem and fixed it. £400 IIRC, all because the up-himself bugger screwed up.

Compensation culture drives prices up and creates what would be unnecessary bureaucracy.... Creates work/jobs for people that would otherwise not have one....stops things getting done.

What next? sue your parents for giving birth to you......blame and claim culture gone doolally.
