Naea Spin Sipps U Turn As A Positive

Recommended Posts

Fact.

there are more then enough homes for first time buyers..

so the extra homes now.

CONFIRMED by the EA's head office refer to.. well too many homes.

BTL.. well that isn't working without sipps to boost prices.

Look to your area.

Are there more flats then are required?

Are prices too high for BTL to even break ever?

and more importantly..

Imagine you are a BTL investor.. you know sipps are gone.. and you see massive discounts against flats..

you see too many flats..

You see a mortgage too big to cover costs...

would you do it..?

Portman.. they are not nuts..

Writting is on the wall.

Granted its poorly built chipboard.. but at least it will be cheap..

Excellent observation. Scraping the barrel aren't they. Hype and VI speak knows no bounds.

VP

what they say is true... if you consider a "breather" to be allowing a drowning man a frenzied gulp of fetid air before plunging him back under water.

If I may be so melodramatic :P
