Bluetooth Driver For Windows Vista

Check device manager and see if there's any exclamation marks by your Bluetooth driver. If so, right click and update your driver. If you can't connect any Bluetooth devices worth checking the model no. of your Bluetooth chip and google the manufactures official driver for it.

Try connecting a smartphone to your laptop first though.

Is it just Bluetooth though, or is it a driver to do with the headset.

Vista will definitely support many Bluetooth devices, even if Bluetooth is via a USB adapter. But an audio device may do something different.

I have sometimes found new devices don't work well with older systems. If you can, see if you can get Windows 10, it should run as well as or better than Vista (which was a dog of an OS).
