That two-storey extension; polycarbonate roof? Pic 10 and seen from outside pic 17.

In my experience; heat goes straight out on cold days (most of the year) via such roof (anything that allows passage of light allows passage of heat) and then there's the sound of rain drumming on a polycarbonate roof...

Extension; I'm not experienced with building control/planning, but looks well dodgy/cheap to me; done like that.

Houses. Fortunes to buy - fortunes to fix/maintain.

gee,, what a dogs dinner from the back...the extensions look like they have been cobbled together...carpet and two arm chairs in the kitchen...I do not think they ever cook in earnest!

edit...I live five minutes from there. The house is down in a dip and flanked by the Lickey Hills..It must be very dark most of the time.
