Unleaded Petrol Falls To 82.9p

Recommended Posts

Don't know how much it is where you are but around here it is more like 89.9p. So that's 12.5% up on a year ago.

84.9p is the cheapest I've seen in south west. North west cheapest was about 85.9p when was there this weekend.

This was intended to a light-hearted dig at the BBC's use of an old library picture showing unleaded at 82.9

Now I am worried that that actually is the price in some parts of the country. Until about 2 weeks ago the cheapest was about 93p around here and has only recently come down to 89.9

Can anybody really get it for 82.9 ?

I can't.

It's 89.9 in hampshire. I think it was in the 90's at one point though. Still nowhere near 82.9
