One cant simply have this house for sale.

One has to have been offered:

a rare(unusual) opportunity (an occasion or situation that makes it possible to do something that you want to do or have to do, or the possibility of doing something) to acquire(get something) a stunning (shocking or very impressive)etc

A cheeky 30% off after one month on the market in LE2.I often wonder if these reductions are because they're selling the oil well separately.

Probably used to skew the right move marketing index. People have mistaken these index manipulating figures as asking price And paid the pretend figure rather than subtracting 30 percent. Edited by TheCountOfNowhere
