Prices Paid Data

Recommended Posts

The Land Registry's prices paid data for April 2015 was released this morning. It's available to explore now at https://houseprices.io/.

Share and enjoy.

Oh significant falls in the number of sales compared to March-2015.

Yes, I know all the data is not in.

Yes, I know I need to compare the same month from last year rather than the previous calendar month.

I dont use any of the manipulated data,I use common sense and do my homework-

1) Does it need work?

2) Is it or can you get it at 2004 price?

3) If you finish it and your circs changed could you sell it and make a few quid or wipe your face?

4) Can you make 4% or more after all the hidden costs are factored in? (dont cheat yourself on the figures)(BTL)

If yes to the above or 1 and 2,3, if your living in it ,buy

"never pay retail"

I'm not even convinced the 2004 price is low enough. I would say it is not. Prices in London were already ridiculous by 2002. I mean way way off the scale, never mind the way way way way off the scale as they are now.
