House Price Crash Forum

36% Discount Anyone?

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

been mainly lurking lately due to loads of work but couldn't stop myself from posting this:

Newbuilt (to be completed) prime property in Manchester stockbroker belt / edge of natural reserve down from £940,000 to £ 600,000:

Full details

Or maybe too good to be true?

It looks like they are advertising the completed house for £940k, and the plot of land (with planning permission, but no house built) for £600k.

Perhaps no-one wanted the completed house, and the developer is trying to dispose of the land (at a massive profit I would imagine).
