How Fiat’S Founding Family Just Cashed Out Of London Property With A $720M Profit

Not everybody thinks London property is now on a roll. The Agnellis, who founded Italian carmaker Fiat, have just made a $720 million gain on their 2007 investment in agents Cushman & Wakefield by selling out to rival DTZ who clearly think they know property cycles rather better.

It's been years since Fiat made any money selling cars. Flogging overpriced property to the British is clearly much easier.

Don't think Osborne can believe what happened hence why of got mmr and els being pulled. they know it's a dangerous bubble in London not the ongoing gentle support they had maybe intended
