So What Happens Now With The Tories In Again?

Recommended Posts

So last year i thought I'd try buy a house, did a few viewings etc and nearly went ahead with one but walked away from it.

Anyway i thought to myself that with an upcoming election, ill see how it pans out before i make any decision and continue to rent.

Well now that the Tories have somehow managed to blag peoples minds into voting for them again, how will this pan out in the housing market? Will they rachet up the whole hosuing bubble more so, or decide its now time to crash the lot as it doesn't matter as they have the power now.

After today's events I'm even more wary of the whole market. Just want to know what other peoples views are

More ed the same. Banker support. Rich men supported. Estate agents supported. Solicitors supported. More housing market intervention.

And the other 99 percent of us can just like it or lump it.

Surely a nice crash would be a buying opportunity for Tory VI's ?

No point keeping it high all the time , if they are clever they will let it decline for a while . buy in more htb more media then sell in 2019
