Co-Op Joing Queue Of Banks Dumping 'risky' Mortgages

Another day, another bank having a re-think of whether it wants stinking-sh1t non-prime mortgages on its book.

For those without a subs, co=op are trying to dump Brttania's 'optimum' mortgage book. I guess thats optimum as in optimum junk. all 1.5bln of it.

Barclay's are trying to dump their FirstPlis book. 2bln.

URAR tring to offload 13bln of junk.

GE -should have stuck to nucleur power stations - 7.7 bln Home Lending book.

Anyone would think they were losing money on them...
