A guy who uses an NCP car park that I pass through each day has an older style Mustang. It amuses me every time I see him get out of the left hand side at the barrier and run round with his ticket to the machine.

I'd missed that.

Beautiful car but anybody who buys a LHD car should be sectioned.

My earlier post on this thread was wrong.

Closer inspection of the lyrics reveals that, in contrast to the Chevrolet, the Cadillac and an LSD laced sugar cube, the Ford Mustang offered in exchange for love was not summarily rejected by its invited recipient.

That must mean something.

You just get in the other side door Frank! It's as easy as that!

You need a ho on the passenger seat for easy access to Wales!

In the past 27 years Ford have tried and failed to bring a worthy successor to the Capri and failed miserably.

I wish Ford the best of luck with the Mustang in the UK. I would love one!

I think its a shame we didnt get retro designs of the capri like the yanks do with the stang/challenger/camaro.

Summat like this

or this

instead, the closest ford designers got to offering us was this monstrosity.

Something like (itself not exactly an oil painting) a blobbier VW scirocco.

Nice car. Plenty of go - and I got the v6 version. Bit of lag with the auto - but there is the paddle shift option to crank it up a bit. If I lived over here would def consider it. Seemed a quality finish too - didn't feel cheap or too plastic. Prefer the look of the Dodge Charger though. Class.

Me too! This year (2015) it is available in RHD just for us, and I assume Australians too.

Blasphemy!

Well I have a Mustang but it's pretty ancient (1990), and I am always fixing bits back on again. The dashboard is Airfix kit quality. The whole thing rattles a lot, but the V8 sounds nice! Actually it looks like a fat Ford Escort!
