Couldn't sell it at 115k with TR so chuck it to auction with a high guide hopping they'll get near 115 and the buyer thinks they've bagged a bargain.

Strange...

Looks like it sold at auction for 123k before.

Hmm maybe the person who sold it for £123k is trying to flip it for an easy profit.

How did you find that cached page? (the final link) Was that just by typing the address into google?

Yeah just looked at the cache or use the way back machine. Handy when looking at developed/flipped property. Be easier with an open land registry obviously.

See one in cabin hill park getting flipped after 6 months and a new kitchen.

That one you linked has been all over gumtree too, tells me the student rental market didn't appeal or the sale fell through.

It'll never make 150.
