No twigs or not enough twigs would be my guess.

Still, they are still property millionaires...well, less that fees and moving costs....so something to boast about round the dinner table with tarqs and rups.

I may be wrong, but I think that's Joan Collins' house. Many moons ago I visited her daughter at her place Belgravia, and it had a similar picture of her overlooking the dining table. Done ironically, rather than egotistically I think...since when I was offered a brew it came in a Dynasty mug!

This isn't simply a "motivated seller" this is someone who took a chance, and is now bricking it....

Drops like these wouldn`t have happened just a short time ago, something in the air?

Run on the GBP?

Prospect of the Ed and Alex show starting a 5 year run in Downing Street.

I've been telling everyone to vote Labour for at least a year now.

Hate Labour. Vote Labour.

Feed on their hubris.

....then maybe time for buyers to wait a bit more.....and a bit more....and a bit more.....and so it begins.
