Dumb BS. Where there is 'plentiful cheap property' theres no real demand for HMOs.

Cheap vs cheaper. No end of eastern europeans round here pushing up prices and pushing down standards.

It wont stop till we harmonize housing standards with the slums of Karachi.

35pc wow that's pretty good.

The wife and I used to make 6 or 7 thousand a clear profit per week (in Japan)(retail)

Almost made up for the times we had our bottoms handed to us on a plate.

He`s no Kiyosaki, otherwise he`d be on a full time lecture tour....not down on his knees unblocking someone`s bog.
