Compare And Contrast

The new ECB headquarters building cost 1.3 billion Euros to complete, meanwhile the Greek Government passes a 200 million euro measure to ease the impact of austerity on it's poorest people- which is 14% of what that building cost- to which the EU say no- you can't do that because of the cost.

Seriously what is the point of the EU? If it can't manage to protect it's poorest citizens while at the same time spending over a billion Euros on a f*cking building to house a bunch of bankers then we don't need the EU at all- we have all the corrupt amoral c*nts we need right here in the UK- and those we can vote out of office.

Reminds me of Northampton County Council. They're building a new HQ this year for themselves at the cost of £53M. They're also cutting their full-time staff from 4000 to 150 (outsourcing the jobs) to save £30M a year over the next 5 years. Makes no sense, but that's par for this golf course.

But not the c*nts who work at the Bank of England. They're the real menace.
