Estate Agents And Sipps

Recommended Posts

I know SIPPS has been done to death but...

When I was looking at houses to rent a month ago (got one, yield to LL 3.4% :D ) I was asking the estate agents what they thought the housing market was going to do next year. Nearly all of them said that houses were going up substantially from spring because of SIPPS. One even said that he expected double digit increases.

I was just wondering what all these estate agents are thinking now. If they believed what they were saying they must now be quite depressed.

Also what new excuses are they now giving?
