crashmonitor
Spring is in the air. Greece is solved for the weekend. Russia have gone home. US is imprisoning its own. petrol is really cheap. +1 ....I'm feeling very negative, because actually the crowd are feeling positive. Probably really going to regret being in cash going forward in 2015. 2014 was a good year for me, 2015 I seem to have missed the boat. GinAndPlatonic
Can't say I agree with the lack of supply argument. 100s for sale in a 5 mile radius of my location and 1000s in a 10-15 mile radius. Not saying you'd want to live in any of them but there is supply. Lack of supply must be a South East thing. Its a lack of credit

porca misèria
Flood plain..Take care ! Right now is the highest tide in an 18-year cycle. Right here it peaked at 7:30 this morning. I made a point of going down to the outer wall of the tidal lagoon for it

porca misèria
I have just got back from burnham on sea, the tides out - no flooding in sight :-) Coastal towns can be glad the weather's been calm and largely dry. Add a storm to these tides and it could've been another big event. BBC has some piccies: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-south-west-wales-31557868 [edit to add] And for Zummerzet: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-somerset-31533471 Edited February 21, 2015 by porca misèria

Tides are biggest for 100 yrs.
Imminent_plunge
I say positive when anyone can sing 'Don't believe me just watch' in a higher note than Bruno Mars. Then again I was always more Eeyore than Tigger.
