With Rises in train fares announced, rises in Council Tax, rises in Energy Bills, how if you can afford to buy your first home can you afford to pay the bills ? there will soon be a lot of young people with no social life as they sit in around a single bar electric fire wondering how they can pay their train fare to get to work!!
