There is an unwritten rule of NO development there, because the neighbours are also of the elite status. And I don't care who your dad is (for both of them). Ah, if you get a chance to visit, you should - it is a trip back in time to a place well off the beaten track. The whole area is protect under the New Forest, and neighbors the Beaulieu estate.
