Shop Sign Manufacturers In Northamptonshire Make 60 People Redundant

A sign-making company in Northamptonshire has laid off about 60 workers after losing £3 million worth of business in under two years.

“As a result of these losses the company is technically insolvent.

Sign of the times i'm afraid.

I'm slightly puzzled by this bit of management speak they where losing money because of operational efficiencies? How do you lose money being more efficient, unless of course the efficiency was in losing the money?

60 left unpaid,140 left...I think Id be taking my pay on a daily cash basis up front.

As they are technically insolvent, the Directors are personally liable for any further losses.
